ADMISSION NOTICE – ACADEMIC SESSION 2027-2028

  1. Application Form for Registration: Application forms for registration to Nursery, LKG, UKG and Classes V, VI and VII will be available ONLINE only on the school website: https://www.stmaryschoolbzpr.org/
  2. Age for Admission (as on 31st July 2027):
    Class Minimum Age
    Nursery 3 years and above
    LKG 4 years and above
    UKG 5 years and above
    Class I 6 years and above
    Class II 7 years and above
    Class V 10 years and above
    Class VI 11 years and above
    Class VII 12 years and above

    Eligible Date-of-Birth Range

    • Nursery: 3 years to 4 years (Children born between 31st March 2024 and 31st July 2025 can apply).
    • LKG: 4 years to 5 years (Children born between 31st March 2023 and 31st July 2024 can apply).
    • UKG: 5 years to 6 years (Children born between 31st March 2022 and 31st July 2023 can apply).
  3. Filling the application form does NOT mean granting of admission.
  4. Online Registration: Online registration will start from 26th October 2026.
    Application Fee: Rs. 500/- (Non-Refundable) for all classes mentioned above.
  5. Documents Required Before Filling the Application Form:
    • Photographs of the applicant (child), mother and father in JPEG/JPG format.
    • The size of each photograph should not exceed 100 KB.
    • Child's Birth Certificate.
    • Child's Aadhaar Card, as and when obtained.
    • Caste Certificate, if applicable (SC/ST/OBC).
    • The Birth Certificate should bear the child's name, father's name and mother's name.
    • The Caste Certificate should be in the name of the child.
  6. Submission of Hard Copy: Submit a hard copy of the completed online application form, along with the above-mentioned documents, at the school office between 09:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.

Please Note

  1. The application fee is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
  2. All admissions will be based on interaction with the interaction panel. The date of interaction will be informed separately.
  3. The application number will be generated only after payment of the registration fee.
  4. Incomplete forms will be rejected. An incorrect entry of the date of birth will disqualify the application.
  5. The school neither accepts donations in any form or kind nor entertains middlemen or agents.
  6. Recommendation of any kind will result in disqualification for admission.
  7. If you face any difficulties with online registration, please visit the school office.

Other Important Information Regarding Admissions

  • Date of birth, once registered, will not be changed.
  • The school does not have its own transportation facilities. Arranging transportation will be the responsibility of the parents.
